Ingredients: 1/2 Cup butter; 1 1/4 Cups brown sugar; 1 Cup granulated sugar; 2 Eggs; 1 Teaspoon vanilla; 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda; 1/4 Teaspoon salt; 1/2 Cup peanut butter; 1 1/4 Cups oats; 1 Cup oat ﬂour (just put the oats in your blender and whir until ﬂour texture); 1 Cup M&Ms

1/2 Cup butter

1 1/4 Cups brown sugar

1 Cup granulated sugar

2 Eggs

1 Teaspoon vanilla

1/2 Teaspoon baking soda

1/4 Teaspoon salt

1/2 Cup peanut butter

1 1/4 Cups oats

1 Cup oat ﬂour (just put the oats in your blender and whir until ﬂour texture)

1 Cup M&Ms

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

Cream butter and sugars together.

Add in egg, peanut butter, and vanilla.

In separate bowl combine oats, oat ﬂour, baking soda, and salt.

Combine wet and dry ingredients.

Gently mix in M&Ms.

Put a large spoonful of cookie dough on cookie sheet and ﬂatten slightly. (These cookies will not spread during baking.)

Bake for 8-11 minutes. Cookies should still be soft in the middle and just slightly browned on the bottom.
