How I plan to use this planner…
I’m excited about this planner. It comes just at the right time for me. I’m going to have to make my own personal diet change for health and weight reasons. My plan is to print out each page to begin and add them to my binder. I am also placing some health and good habit information that I want to have right on hand. Then each week I will printout a new weekly page and plan my menu. I plan to use the weekly page which also includes the shopping list so I can maximize my time a little. In addition, if my plan requires me to try a new recipe I’ll simple add that to my binder so I can refer to it when it comes time for food preparation. I will probably only need to do inventory once every two weeks so I will be printing and updating those pages only as needed.
