Eating gluten free has definitely gotten easier and more popular over the last few years. I have to eat gluten free for medical reasons, but I know lots of people who eat gluten free just because it’s good for them. Eating gluten free cuts down on inflammation in the body, can help promote healthy cholesterol levels, and can improve digestive problems among other benefits! (This is all especially true if you eat healthy foods and don’t replace gluten-containing foods with gluten free junk foods.)
Here is our first gluten free meal plan, and we’re going to start regularly sharing gluten free meal plans for those who already eat gluten free or those who want to try it. Just like sticking to a low carb diet (or any other kind of diet), it’s easier to do if you have a plan, and we want to help you make that plan and stick to it!
