Fall Chex Snack Mix Recipe

Sharing is caring!

When fall hits I love doing fall-themed snacks, and anything pumpkin flavored! This Fall Chex Snack Mix recipe is a family favorite. My kids like to joke and call it Scarecrow Snacks. This is the recipe we like but you can change it up and add in whatever you like to it, which makes it fun!

 Fall Chex Snack Mix Recipe

This snack is very easy to mix up based on what you have in the house. The recipe below is my kids favorite. We have swapped out the Reese’s Pieces for M&Ms and it’s just as good, but skip the Skittles that was… well not so good! We have also swapped out the animals graham crackers in place of Goldfish and that was just as yummy.

We have made a Christmas version by using Peppermint Popcorn instead of the caramel covered popcorn, then we switched out the caramel peanuts with cinnamon sugar pecans. We use red and green M&Ms instead of Reese’s Pieces and swap out the Autumn Candy Mix for Ande’s Mints (normally I cut these in half) and bam it’s Christmas snack mix. I need to make a recipe of just this one for you!

We love putting these in snack bags so that we can pack them with lunches, or grab them easy on the go in between activities. They also make great bake sale items or potluck snacks.
