Easy Cheesecake-stuffed Strawberries

Sharing is caring!

It’s strawberry season! My daughter and I love strawberries. We love to eat them all kinds of ways in all kinds of recipes (or even plain). So we were thrilled to try this recipe for Easy Cheesecake-stuffed Strawberries!

My favorite thing about this recipe (besides the fact that I love just about anything made with strawberries) is that it’s a truly easy recipe. And the strawberries end up looking as wonderful as they taste!

To make this recipe, you’ll need strawberries, cream cheese, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

First, you’ll need to allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature.

Then use a mixer to mix the cream cheese and whipped cream.

Add vanilla and powdered sugar and mix again.

Place filling into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with a small hole cut in one corner. Use it for piping the filling into berries.

Wash your strawberries, cut out the stems, and cut each strawberry into 6 pieces (as seen in the photo). Be sure not to cut through the ends of the berries.

Pipe filling into berries.

Serve immediately. (You may refrigerate the berries, but color may bleed into the filling.)
