15 caramels (unwrapped)
hot chocolate (packaged or homemade)
Melt caramels in the microwave for 1 minute. They will be hot and bubbly and easy to scoop into the spoon molds. Flatten with a knife and tap the mold to get the caramel into all the corners.
Freeze spoons overnight.
The next day, make your hot chocolate. Add whipped cream if you like. Then use your caramel spoon to stir your hot chocolate to add a delicious caramel flavor.
